Our tech, Chris, was great but company policies will keep me from calling them again. With other companies the service fee is credited toward your repairs, not with Duane Blanton. Customer service is also quite lacking when they know you are in a bind, they want to also charge a travel fee to get the parts needed for repair! We will call their competitors next time.

FINALLY FINALLY great technician PJOconnor found what was wrong with my Bradford White water heater....been giving me good service (as far as hot water is concerned) since he left...quiet quiet running water heater...I have to say this, since prior to this Bradford White I had RHEEM and they are very loud in my little condo. Duane Blanton installed an outside drainage system that included creating a rock well, then pipes in the ground that carries the sump pump discharge and gutter drainage out to the rock well. Dave Smith is our go-to technician who always offers one or more solutions to the problem. For large jobs like this, a supervisor always checks on the site at least once. We are very pleased with Duane Blanton's service and expertise.

Dan didn't have a clue what he was doing with the shower valve. Even the simple cartridge replacements on the sink handles had to be redone 3 times. After his second trip to the house and my ordering more parts, I ask for someone else. Office insisted he could finish it. Well, third try still he couldn't. I insisted on someone else more experienced. 4TH appointment a different plumber was able to resolve the problems. I would have Dan in my house again to do anything plumbing related. A lot of wasted time and aggravation for me....
